  1. Peel, take away the seeds and chop the pumpkin. Steam the pumpkin in a double broiler, with the lid on, over boiling water.
  2. Add the steamed pumpkin to the water used for steaming and puree with a hand blender. Add the can of coconut cream and the salt and puree again. Serve warm.
